“This company is very professional, from the estimating through dealing with the office staff, to the guys working on the roof. Neat workers, no mess, no loud yelling or boomboxes, a well-managed and efficient team. I had a flat roof replaced and then thought I had a problem (turned out it was not the roof). The owner personally looked at it, showed me pictures, and then even provided a quick fix to a problem that was not their own responsibility. Office staff is great--good communicators on the phone and e-mail.”

I think an official, written thank you is in order. The quick and gracious response to my roof problems from Hurricane Irma is simply too impressive to go unrecognized. I called your office Wednesday, 9-13-17, at 12:30 pm and spoke with Savannah. You called me back the same evening to let me know Jake would be here the next day and he was. This is Friday morning and he just finished the repairs. What an amazing response!! I know you are in the process of writing an estimate for my primary roof replacement and are giving return customers priority. Thank you for that. However, if you are confident that these repairs will hold until you can get to me, please feel free to put a critical re-roof ahead of mine. I don't want anyone to suffer on my account. I do hope it can be completed before next year's rainy season, if at all possible. You can be very proud of Savannah. She handled my call with much grace and sensitivity. She was so pleasant and helpful even though I'm sure she had difficulty keeping up with fielding all the calls. You can also be very proud of Jake. He was just as kind and helpful as Savannah, especially considering he was working in such hot, humid conditions.
